To begin, the land with or without house will be purchased as is. After the purchase, the house project is legally separated from the land and transferred to a Shanti (House Ownership) Ltd. the shareholders being those who will live in the house. This company builds, renovates, expands, maybe nvolves investors and grants right of occupation to the prospective residents.
We will later decide on the interior finishing standards. A construction manager / quantity surveyor will assist us with this. He will tell us what the features we like will cost us :)
A professional property management is involved from the start, will advise in the planing stage and later take care of utility billing and maintenance planning. This property manager later collects our rent and transfers the rental income monthly to all those who hold shares as investment.
