Your Personal m²
You will be able to donate a Square Meter of land towards our project. The price has been set at 250 £ per m².
What is the purpose of a m² donation?
In this way you can donate for a specific, square meter which you chose from the grid. You will have neighbors with whom we will put you in touch.
This way you will own one square meter of land somewhere in this world. Even if you otherwise live totally elsewhere or own nothing. Here your m² will be in good hands and you and your m² will be part of a nice community. You'll be helping to push this good project to fruition!
Even if it were the only square meter you ever own: Here a m² has a special 'meaning'.
The land will ultimately become the property of a non-profit land trust. Remember, you can donate only 1 m² of land per project. And this will be for the land, not for the house on it. Because the house will come into the ownership of the community inhabiting it.
The price of this imaginary m² of the land also includes ancillary costs, such as prepraratory work, artwork, image royalties, legal fees, meeting room hire, etc.

How to proceed? Choose your desired square meter (see plot plan). There are approx 1.500 m². Prepare to make a donation of 250 £ via bank transfer.
